Cookies Policy
This policy explains how Klovac uses cookies and similar storage mechanisms on the platform.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and in some cases track behaviour across sites.
2. Cookies we use
Klovac uses only the minimum cookies necessary to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Strictly necessary | Supabase authentication session — keeps you signed in | 1 hour (auto-refreshed) |
| sb-*-code-verifier | Strictly necessary | PKCE code verifier for secure OAuth flows | Session |
3. What we do not use
- Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tracking
- Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar advertising trackers
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting or device identification
4. The Klovac chat widget
If you embed the Klovac widget on your website, the widget does not set cookies on your visitors' browsers. Conversation state is stored in browser sessionStorage, which is cleared when the tab is closed and is not accessible to other websites.
5. Managing cookies
Since we only use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, disabling them will prevent you from signing in to the Klovac dashboard. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
6. Changes to this policy
If we introduce new cookies in the future, we will update this policy and notify users where required by law.
